By accessing or using Renma ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Renma is a fleet management platform designed to help vehicle rental hosts track income, expenses, trips, maintenance, and other operational data. The Service imports and displays data from third-party platforms (such as Turo) and allows manual data entry by the user.

3. Data Accuracy — Important Disclaimer

Renma aggregates and displays data from multiple sources including email imports, CSV uploads, and manual entries. While we work hard to ensure accuracy, Renma does not guarantee that figures shown — including income, expenses, net profit, trip counts, or any other calculated values — are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose including tax filing, financial reporting, or business decisions.

Miscalculations may occur due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrectly formatted data from third-party platforms
  • Duplicate imports or missing transactions
  • Manual entry errors by the user
  • Changes in third-party platform data formats
  • System errors or processing delays

You are solely responsible for independently auditing and verifying all data displayed in Renma before relying on it for any financial, tax, or business purpose. Renma shall not be held liable for any losses, penalties, incorrect tax filings, or other consequences arising from reliance on inaccurate data.

4. Not Financial or Tax Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, accounting, legal, or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional for guidance on your specific situation.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter or import.
  • You are responsible for auditing your Renma data against source records (Turo payout statements, bank records, receipts).
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of any critical financial data.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Subscription and Billing

Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

Prices may change with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renma and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Data Privacy

Your data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms
